Q. Redefining success: What does success look like to you?

Balancing my job, being a single mom, and still finding time to give myself self-love and do fun things like this photoshoot!

Q: Women on the move: Have you traveled solo or relocated for work or adventure? What advice do you have for women who want to explore the world?
I’ve lived in multiple states across the country and my advice would be to travel while you're young if you can. You’ll meet the right people along the way, and it just might be the experience of your lifetime!

Q: Age is just a number. Society fixates on youth. How do you embrace your age and celebrate different stages of life?

I’ve never been healthier and happier, nor have felt more comfortable in my own skin as I do right now in my mid 40’s. My body changed some since having my son, but I’ve learned to embrace any imperfections, and give gratitude for what I have. I hope to inspire other women to do the same!
