At Petal and Pose Boudoir, here in Northern Wisconsin, your boudoir session is a fully guided experience.

It's confidence-boosting and empowering. It's a complete photo experience where you’re styled, coached for expressions, and photographed in a private, supportive setting. I promise there is no modeling experience required and you never have to share your portraits publicly.

Before Your Boudoir Session:

Consult Call

We’ll talk through what you are looking for from your session (just for fun, for a gift, etc), comfort level, outfits, and what products are available. Feel free to ask any questions about how the day of goes etc

Wardrobe Guidance

There is a fully stocked client closet at the studio with sizes XS-6X but I encourage you to bring items you love! We will chat about outfit ideas, sizing tips, and what photographs best. Clients often bring 1–4 looks, mixing studio pieces with items from home

Hair & Makeup

You start your day at an amazing salon right here in Medford WI for hair styling and makeup.

This helps you feel polished and relaxed. It’s customized to your style, soft and natural or bold and glamorous. Most clients say this is when the nerves start to melt away! Want to create your own look? Not a problem just let us know when booking that you want to do your own thing!

Full Posing & Expression Guidance

I don't expect you to know how to pose. In fact, I demonstrate the poses, adjust angles, coach every movement, and facial expression. I pose you nose to toes!

A Comfortable, Private Environment

Sessions are held in a closed studio space. You are in control of what you wear, how much you reveal, and if you want to allow your portraits to be shared

You’ll get your digital master files the very next day, and products like wall art and albums can take up to 2-6 weeks.

Do I need experience to do a boudoir shoot?

No! Your boudoir session is fully guided! Most of my clients have never done a photoshoot before!

What should I wear to a boudoir session?

Lingerie is common, but not the only option! Oversized sweaters, button-downs, or on of our many colors of satin sheets are all popular options here at the studio

Will my photos be shared?

Nope! Your images are private. Nothing is shared without your signed, written permission.

Is boudoir only for a certain body type or age?

Absolutely not! Boudoir is for all bodies and all stages of womanhood
