Body-positive boudoir photography near Marshfield, WI, created for a relaxed and confident portrait session.
You've probably gotten a reaction or two for your tattoos, maybe from a stranger, a family member, or a coworker. What's the one that stuck with you?
 
The tattoo that I get the most reactions from is the fishing fly i have on my wrist. My son and I got matching tattoos after my dad passed away. He was huge into fly fishing and it just felt right. I get a lot of confusing responses to it but when I tell that it's in honor of my dad they always say that's touching. Except for the one guy who complimented me on it, saying he liked my pine needles. Which was hard to keep a straight face to.
 
 
 
Your tattoos say something about who you are. Does the rest of your life feel like it matches? Why or why not?
 
All the tattoos on my arm have a lot of meaning to them. Like my grandparents farm house or the elephant that was my grandmother's favorite animal with her birthstone. There are many more from places I have visited. Maybe not so much my current life but they are all memories from years before that have taught me many lessons and made me who I am today.
 
What would you want your daughter, niece, or a younger woman in your life to know about her body and how she deserves to feel in it?
  
I would want them to know that everyone is different and that is what makes life exciting. They should embrace the look they want to be and that they don't need approval from anyone, they should just own it.
